Changing Tide Counseling & Coaching offers a unique blend of mental health counseling and career coaching services. Every person brings different life experiences and hopes to their session, so it is our goal to cater our services to each person's individual needs.

We utilize Strengths and vocational assessments to help our clients better understand their strengths, interests, and goals. Our services are aimed to enhance personal growth, adaptability to change, and college & career success.
